Description of the main activity
- Being actively involved in recruitment by managing open positions requests, publishing job descriptions and managing the hiring process
- Maintain people records according to the -Organisation rules and legal requirements
- Lead the organisation of recruitment events
- Establish HR initiatives and processes developing and preserving the human capital
- Implement coaching and training programs
- Participate to the improvement of the wellbeing within the Organisation
- Coordinate activities within the HR team
Specific qualifications and skills
- Knowledge of HR functions
- Proficient in Ms Office (Word & Excel, Powerpoint is a plus)
- Strong ethics & understanding of personal information sensitivity
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to listen and to show empathy
- Knowledge of labour laws is a plus
